Do actual pictures need to be included or can copied and pasted pictures go on 8x11 sheets with appropriate details for each picture provided?  I don't know what's easier....copying and pasting or going to Walgreen's or someplace to make a couple copies of pics....what do you all think?

The only pictures that are required for the petition are the 2x2 passport style pics of both beneficiary and petitioner.

There are no guidelines on snapshots because they are not required.  You can probably do whatever you want there.

Pictures are pictures, no matter what they are printed on - if you are submitting them just make sure that they look reasonable and look like what the image is intended to be.  At some point at an interview you'll want to have photos with you as well, and even in that case I don't think it matters, though those will not be left behind, so you can bring "photo realistic" ones with you.

I hesitate to even think of what is a "real" photographic print these days - I spent years as a photographer and working with actual photographs - what you get now are good, but generally no longer true photographic prints in any case, but that is a different issue entirely...

Send whatever you can come up with easiest and go with that...

Pictures are secondary evidence and can be any reasonable size/shape. Ensure you have a caption for each photo including where/when the picture was taken and also who is in the photo. You could even paste the pictures into Word and type captions underneath. Personally, I found printing all of the photos at Walgreen's easier and more presentable, then I wrote up captions on pieces of paper and stuck 2-3 photos and captions per page. The reason I say this is easier is because I didn't want to have to pay a fortune for more ink when the photos are so cheap at Walgreen's.

The actual passport style photos of each of you have specific requirements and can be completed at Walgreen's also.
