Case returned to USCIS (split)

Hi.

My case was send to nvc on 28 February 2019 and I got the mail that case is returned to USCIS on April 11th. When I enquire they told there is an absence of signature by USCIS. What is the next procedure and what is the time period for that. It's 1-130 category and now it's 11 months over after starting the procedure. Please give me a reply...

Hi,

my case was returned to USCIS from nvc, when we enquire nvc told us that absence of signature by USCIS authority. When we check out with uscis customers service, they told time period to review and resend is 180 day. Is it I need to wait for 180 days, it's not a fault from our side

Please start a new thread.  Don't hijack a thread from 2016 that has nothing to do with you.

 

It is what it is.   They're fixing what needs to be fixed.  You'll have to be patience.
