Hi everyone. Me and my fiance are getting really frustrated because she's gone to 2 BPI branches on Monday and Wednesday to pay the fee and they said their systems are updating so she can't make the cash payment there. We've tried going to BPI online to make the payment and the instructions are completely different than that the website shows. We are unable to do an online payment there. Seems there's issues with their online banking website. Then we tried enrolling in Bancnet and we get to the part where we add her ATM card number and it keeps saying it's not the right number/pin which she claims it is. I dont know what other options we have... Any words of advice?

Yes go back to a BDI branch and make another attempt.  This is not the USA and so things have a tendency to run differently.

If there system is down all you can do is wait.     Patience.      (Welcome to the Philippines)

Do watch the date on the deposit slip, it is only valid for a limited number of days before you have to print out a new one.

The more I looked into this the more I saw how much worse the situation is with BPI. It's been almost completely down since Friday. BPI customers are unable to use online banking, ATM's, deposits, withdrawals etc... Which almost makes paying for the embassy fee impossible unless you use Bancnet and have another bank on the list that can do that transaction. BPI has been hush hush and no ETA of when any of their services are being restored. I really feel bad for their customers who have no access to their money. My heart goes out to them.

BPI is the only bank for paying the visa fee.  If their online banking is down I sort of doubt that Banknet will work for paying either.

(odds are they got hacks and aren't talking)

Just an update for anyone following, my fiance was able to make the payment through BPI about 15 mins ago. Still a lot of complaints online but I hope it will work for you too.

Thanks! online or the (BEA) machine at a branch?
