No option to send civil documents to NVC..

I have a EB-5 petition at NVC. 
After submitting DS 260, I received a message from NVC saying that I should send the civil documents. however, when I log in my case number there is no option to upload the documents.. 

I am not able to find any upload civil documents link in ceac.state.gov
How should I proceed?

In the first letter from NVC, does it tell you that you can upload or you have to send paper documents?

I sent this question on asknvc by email 7 days ago but so far I did not get  answer

  



 

Call the NVC and ask them

Expedite approved: May 23 2019

Case sent to Consulate: May 24 2018

Case status Ready: May 28 2019

Interview date: June 20 2019

Interview status: Approved
