AOS- I485- K1- K3- Application reciept

Hello every one,

According to USPS tracking number our package for I485 AOS has been received at the lockbox, however we are not seeing our credit card charged. Its been about two weeks since our application was received at the lockbox. Does any one know how long we must wait before try to contact the USCIS, and if we need to contact the USCIS what reference number do we need to provide?

It's been taking awhile lately (3 weeks+).

Did you send it to Chicago?

And did you submit however many G1145's on top of each form for each applicant?

You wont have a reference number to refer to when you call so I would imagine you would just give your name and Alien number but I would wait a week or two yet. 

My Email/Text didnt arrive for 10 business days.

Thanks for your input, yes we have placed G1145 for each applicant. When you say its been taking 3 plus weeks- do you mean 21 business days? or 3 weeks including the weekends? Yes we sent it to chicago lock box. Did you use a credit card or check for the payment?

Business days.

I used a CC on form G1450.
