K1 Visa - Approved in AU - What next?

Hello community,

 

After some help. I have checked here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/interview/after-the-interview.html

 

From what I understand, I will get my passport back in a few weeks with the visa. My question is: are there any processes I need to do with the Australian government prior to travelling and entering the USA? 

 

I thought I'd read once there was some processing, but no longer able to find that information; may it was a dream (nightmare).

 

Or am I ready to go basically once my passport is returned?

I think that is exactly it... once passport is back with the visa then you can go pretty much straight away. But others may correct me 🤷‍♀️

Yes, I've already had that issued. It arrived so quickly. Is it a pretty fast process at the airport? Any tips
