Have you been calling to the Embassy? Have you heard from them? You need to be proactive and not sit without doing anything till you get this resolved.

yes. we call the Us immigration for this concern. and regarding from them. we can proceed to the medical and interview in USEM. there's nothing to worry if my other child in not included in my eligibility letter. as long as the child is minor and she is my biological daughter. and we sure that my Fiance include in l-129F. we can proceed. nothing to to be worry. my youngest k2 can join me in Us.  so thanks to all you!
