I-130A

My husband came here legally with a student Visa, he has it until 2020. I sent the documents on November for the I-130 but I forgot to sent the I-130A. Does this mean we will get a denial? Or we would most likely a RFE?? If so, while I wait for the RFE can he apply for I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status?  So he can at least Start to work?

I'm very concerned. ..

You know you could have sent I-130/I-130A, I-485, I-765 and I-131 all together.

Yes, I realize that at the end.... My question is.. can I still do it?

Hi! my husband forgot to send the same form, We were worried about it, but we did get the RFE for that form, I`d say the only issue of it is the fact that it will delay your application,hope this helps

I-765 is processed in 5-8 months on average. He can't legally work before the EAD is approved.
