Stuck at NVC CR-1 visa

Hi everyone!

okay we uploaded joint sponsor and mistakenly added same person as household memeber We have uploaded requested documents for both household memeber and joint sponsor anyway) we called to delete the household memeber because it wasn’t needed  but they told us to write a little note and sign it that for them to be able to delete household memeber which we did. Later they said they will need to delete joint sponsor because it wasn’t also needed and leave household memeber instead because the petitioner and joint sponsor/household memeber lives together anyway. It’s been 4 months since we have been dealing with NVC. I will receives email every month  to check ceac website but there’s no message or nothing there. I just got the senator involvement and when I called them yesterday they said it’s on administrative processing. Do anyone have an idea of what is going on with our case or similar experience?
