Mistake on i30

Hi all,

A mistake was made by sending in the i30 form missing the answers to line 49 (Country of Issuance of Passport- Spouse beneficiary) and 50 (Expiration Date of Passport - Spouse Beneficiary). It was on the top of the form and somehow missed out despite vigorous checking. We decided to submit the form without a help of a lawyer or immigration agencies.

It has been over 4 months since the form was received. The information lacking from line 49 and 50 can be easily found from the copy of the beneficiary passport that is included in the packet. I have requested my husband in the US to call USCIS ASAP to see if it is an issue that can be fixed.

Have any of you heard of issues with the form when lines are accidentally left blank or information was incorrect? I am definitely in panic mode right now and seeing if there is anything I can do to make sure things are completed for approval.

Hope everyone's applications are processed smoothly!
