DS-260 intended address - "Name of person currently living at address"

My spouse and I currently live in Vietnam. (I am the petitioner, she the applicant.)

 

When we move to the states, we plan to move to my parent's house. This is where I was living before moving to Vietnam.

According to the state of Michigan, I am still a resident in that house. It is also a domicile of mine and my permanent address. 

 

"Name of person currently living at address" - This question is a little ambiguous...

I am a resident of Michigan, and such a "resident" in that address. However, I have not been there in about 9 months. Am I "living" there?

 

So, in the end- Should I put my father/mother's name or my own name?

 

Side question: Do you think it matters if I put my mother or father on there? My dad is going through some medical issues and may not be fully available such they need to talk to him et al.

I would put your parent or parents' names there.
