I sent off my DS-160 a few days ago. The previous Employment did not appear. I went ahead and checked it again and again. I think they may have removed it from the form. 
 

today I created a new DS-160 To double check and it was the same thing. 

@US2UK I just got mine done today! I used different laptop ( Mac and chrome browser ) . Surprisingly it worked ! The employment and education part all showed up. I just printed it and about to send it. 

 I guess do it at different time different laptop or browser has different effect. Hope this help.

She didn't mention anything about education and employment :)
