So we got our NOA2. Can my fiance already send me the I-134 signed and filled out? Or is this too early? (does the embassy look at the date?)

It's never to early to send it just date it a few days ahead of when you send it over so when shes or he is done packet 3 they can place it and the date will somewhat be close, if you that worried about it.  Same with the shots dont have to wait for the medical just go to a clinic and get them done ahead of time as well as the police report.  You can start to do them now.
