Hey everyone.

I was checking over my packet to make sure I had everything and was ready to send it in until I went online to make sure I had all of the documents and came across form I30A. Is that form required to send in with the I30 or is that optional?

Would I be able to fill this out for my husband or does he have to fill it out himself?

read the instructions for I-130 and CR-1 visa guide here on Visa Journey--it's pretty clear if you simply read and follow the instructions
