Hi everyone, do you think it is ok to request a copy of my medical result? Emailed slec and they responded that the embassy advised to shoot them an email directly.

Do you think it's ok to email them for the request, even if my Visa hasn't come yet?

They should have given a copy of the medical result, a form checked complete, you will need this to submit with your AOS packet when in the States. They generally also give you a CD to keep.

Definately ask for a copy because otherwise you may end up having to do a complete second physical in the US through a civil surgeon and it can be expensive.

You can ask, not sure if SLEC will comply with your request.

All you get from SLEC is the DS-3025 vaccination record and a CD with the x-ray.   SLEC does not give the beneficiary a personal copy of the medical exam.    The medical file goes to the embassy, from there it goes to USCIS there will be no need for a 2nd medical

You need the DS-3025 for AOS, the civil surgeon will transcribe that to the I-693.
