Hi! So basically I have to wait to be granted the visa first before applying or I can apply now while applying for the fiancee visa

If I get accepted, do you think I'll be able to travel back forth to see my daughter while waiting for the green card?

If you mean Advance Parole (AP), you can only apply for that after your K1 visa is approved and after you marry your petitioner within 90 days of entering the US.  Once you get your marriage certificate, file for AOS/EAD/AP as soon as possible.  AP processing takes about 4 to 6 months after filing, based on current estimates.

After you get your AP, you may travel out of and come back to the US while waiting for your green card.  But don't stay too long outside of the US.  You need to maintain your residency if you want your green card.
