Hello! Im new here.Can I have my medical first at SLEC without having to schedule my interview?

Thank you! One more thing the petition for K1 is approved and it expires on April 4, 2019.I understand that I have to finish medical and interview before that said date and if I pass do I also have to be in the US on or before April 4? Am a bit confuse.😊Thanks in advance.

Petition validity will be extended up to 1 year by the embassy.  They automatically do this, so you do not have to give a second thought to the validity date on the I-797.

 

You have to clear POE in the USA before the expiration date on the visa
