Hello Everyone on Visa Journey.

I am US citizen and My parents had IR5 Immigrant Visa Interview on Jan 24th in Mumbai Embassy. They got 221G form for Joint sponsor because I did had not enough income in 2017 tax Year.

I tried to find cosponsor but unfortunately I cant because I am the only one in USA and I do not Have any family Member in here. I tried from my friends but no one qualifies due to less income.

But I have Enough reported income in 2018 tax papers so I do not need joint sponsor. I tried to submit my tax papers to US visa drop off location in India but they are not accepting my 2018 tax papers because in 221G form Embassy asked for I-864 and  2017 Tax papers of Joint sponsor.

What Do I need to do In this situation please help me guys.

Thank you all

It would be foolish for a friend to cosponsor your parents due toi the long term commitment.  You were presumptuous to ask. Did you even think about you asking thjem to destroy their finances for your parents?

Get second and third jobs if your income is insufficient because you are going to need it to support your parent once they get here.
