Got a case number from NVC!!!

After 6weeks and 3 days since NVC received our file from USCIS..We finally have bn assigned a case number.. we both got emails with all that info.. bn calling NVC weekly and i was so sure it was gonna go over 8weeks..so i was planning to call them again at the end of this month really.My hubby`s consulate is Johannesburg and i was so sure i would have to mail the documents to NVC..it turns out i was wrong..its all about scanning and uploading..am nervous about it  i tell u..will c.. i havent gathered most documents yet coz thats the way am planning to do it.. a bit slower..Got the case number yesterday February 15th .

You can pay the fees and fill out the IV application while you are working to gather the documents.

You can also submit the documents you have at hand, if you anticipate that you will have them within 2 weeks. That way save some time.
