Mia, March 12th 2018 submitted.  No approval yet.(February 16th, 2019) 601 inadmissibility for past crimes. Let me know if you get an approval.

Ours was received on March 23, 2018. On my USCIS account the "last date updated" changed from March, 23 2018 to February 13, 2018. So hopefully that means they are working on it. Good luck to you!

My I601 was received on June 2018 haven't hear anything yet, does anyone know Nebraska uscis what date is working on?

Hi everyone, 

First off, Today I was looking at the USCIS website to check "I-601" processing time but it's no longer on the list...anyone know why?

 

Second, has anyone had their I-601 back dated?

I have also been looking for info on the I-601 and not on list anymore. I tried to call uscis but cant get thru to a real person. Anyone else have any luck? My husband's I-601 was received June 2018.

Gabe & Nerena when was your I-601 received, all I know is that it is back on the list and looks like its backdated a little bit. But i havent heard anything yet.Please keep us updated..luck to everyone!!

I-601 rec. oct 29 2018. In feb. they said it was back dated 8.5 months and thats after my status date was up dated from oct 2018 to feb 14 2019. But we never contacted them prior

to that so no reason to check out my file unless they made a change. Checkin to see if any one else had that happen?

I got an alert that they are mailing me a letter that they need additional evidence ,so now im worried dont know if its a good thing or a bad one. Has anyone else had this situation?

They want more evidence to support your claim of hardship....not a denial so can't be bad! :)

My I-601 was received on June 2018 ..how do you get alerts?

I downloaded the uscis app...it looks like this. The app said it was mailed out April 15 but i have not received it yet. Waitng for Monday to see see if the letter comes in.

uscis.gov , sign up and you will be alerted by message and or a date change.
