Mia, March 12th 2018 submitted.  No approval yet.(February 16th, 2019) 601 inadmissibility for past crimes. Let me know if you get an approval.

Ours was received on March 23, 2018. On my USCIS account the "last date updated" changed from March, 23 2018 to February 13, 2018. So hopefully that means they are working on it. Good luck to you!

Ours hasn't changed at all, but hopefully we'll both hear something soon.

My I601 was received on June 2018 haven't hear anything yet, does anyone know Nebraska uscis what date is working on?

I-601 rec. oct 29 2018. In feb. they said it was back dated 8.5 months and thats after my status date was up dated from oct 2018 to feb 14 2019. But we never contacted them prior

to that so no reason to check out my file unless they made a change. Checkin to see if any one else had that happen?

They want more evidence to support your claim of hardship....not a denial so can't be bad! :)

My I-601 was received on June 2018 ..how do you get alerts?
