Leaving on a K1 visa? CAN to US

Timeline

Where can i ask my recent i-94 then? This is a hassle for me. I asked the CBP officer for that, then he saud the one on my passport which is the admission stamped is the i-94. Very confusing.

I read they stopped giving out paper I-94s a long time ago, so I’m not sure why I received one? Unless I read wrong. I am just as confused. I wish everyone followed the exact same guidelines but just like everything else in this process - its completely willy nilly and up to whoever you may come across that day

Okay everyone just updating this, I emailed CBP the day I posted this forum and they just got back to me 

 

 

 

“Thank you for contacting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Information Center.

You are eligible for the Automatic Visa Revalidation Rules unless you apply for a new US visa while in Canada. 

Please reply to this email if you have other questions.

Thank you again for contacting our office.”
