Sponsor Dependent on Father

I'm the sponsor I filed petition for my spouse. I didn't work in 2018 except only one month(January).
Can my father claim me on his taxes?
Will it create a problem for me if i'm dependent on my father?
Can i use my paystubs of many months for sponsoring my spouse as i'm not filing taxes?

If you didn't work in 2018 but for only 1 month, how do you have paystubs of many months?

The bigger issue is if you're a dependent of someone else then you are putting on paper so-to-say that you are financially supported by your parent.

Hence, you are not able to prove you support yourself and wouldn't be able to prove you can support your spouse. In which case you'd need a sponsor.
