Does anyone know if the copy package we have to submit before the interview needs a CERTIFIED copy of the birth entry? Or is a regular copy enough?

For CR at least, they want the one from the official registry with the stamp on it.  I don't know about Argentina, but I would guess it is safer to send certified if possible. I also had to get my police certificate apostilled, which is like making it official in CR.
