Medical not ready in time for interview - Dublin

Hi All,

So I have a quick one, my embassy interview for the k1 is on Tuesday. I booked my interview after the medical and it still hasn’t come back yet. The medical guys said it would take 10 days and I’m on day 11. I checked for an answer and was told to call back Monday. Here’s the thing, if it doesn’t arrive on time should I do the interview anyway and send it in after or just postpone and maybe add another 2-3 weeks to this process. Any help would be appreciated.

Just do the interview.  Tell them you haven't gotten the medical back.  

 

You won't get the visa issued until the medical is submitted.

I don’t know about arriving at the interview without your medical  they are pretty strict in there.

You’ve signed and returned your notice of readiness stating that you have all your documents ready , when you actually don’t , they won’t take kindly to that I’d imagine . 

They take check your paperwork before you do your interview , if you are missing anything they won’t let you see an officer for your interview . 

I’d put pressure on the mater saying you need your results by the end of the day on Monday it’s urgent!

Thanks Sarah, my experiences with the Dublin embassy would have me inclined to agree. I’ll call the mater first thing Monday!
