It means they want to you to send them a police certificate as well as a new medical exam. That's what that means.

Which viza catagorey you have our is fB-3 immigration family viza we have done DNA and embassy recived the result on 11-jan-2019 now its 3rd week embassy did not contact us how many they required after they recived DNA results
