Hi all,

I have called Uscis twice and it says the receipt number I entered is not found, but when I speak to a rep they can find it? This never happened before.

Anyone else getting this message?

Me for my AOS application. It is annoying but they won't do anything about it

Use http://egov.uscis.gov/ or https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov - depending on which one updates - otherwise you need to wait forever for somebody on the phone to check your status.
