I am applying for K1 visa for my fiance, I have a question. I live in Los Angeles and been working from last 20 years, recently I lost my job and looking for new job. My question is if I have no job at this time am I eligible to apply for K1 visa and fill I 129f and G325A and apply. I am financially very stable.

I will request if some body can guide me regarding this issue.

Thanks

Yes, you are eligible to petition for your fiance to apply for a K1 visa. Several months from now, you'll provide your fiance with an I-134 form (affidavit of support). To qualify as sponsor, you'll need to have a current income at that time to meet the requirements. Alternatively, you can prove you have at least three times the annual income requirement in liquid assets. Just be honest on the G325a and show the end date of your most recent job. You'll have plenty of time to find a new one, use your assets or find a co-sponsor.
