"Passport Book Number" on DS-160

Hello, does the Chinese passport have a "Passport Book Number" that is separate from the "Passport Number"? I've read inconclusive info online that says the black vertical lettering on the right side middle is the "Passport Book Number". I'm trying to figure out if I need to use that number for the DS-160.

Thanks!
