I am filing for my N400 online. The form asks to provide birth certificates for ALL children including step, which I did, but also asks to provide proof of compliance with child support payments for my stepchild. Did anyone else include this? Technically, I am not court ordered to support her, my husband is and N400 application is for me (the LPR). I don't have any proof that he pays for her (short of asking his ex for a letter which I really would rather not do). Anyone else skip it?

Can you show the court document pertaining to his child support, and perhaps bank drafts showing a pattern of making those payments over time?
