Who pays for the Visa Fee Bill?

Just to ask who pays for the visa fee bill? 

Reading some blogs that visa fee bill payment can have two options either the principal (applicant)  or the petitioner can pay for visa fee bill.

Ah, for an employment based visa all costs MUST be met by the employer. 

 

I thought you were asking about a family-based visa.

If the employer is asking you or expecting you to pay, they are breaking the rules.

US law requires the employer to pay for obtaining the visa.  It's illegal for the employee to pay or reimburse the employer.
