What's the processing waiting time after responding to Noir

Timeline

Will the shut down affects they processing time cos am hearing diffriends stories, some say nope others yeah it affects home country but abroad are working. Only those petition who are already abroad no afrected .That every pettitkob is shut down til they government is back, how true is it.

U right was told they waiting time is 120 days but have seen people waited more than that even a year while some less than that and some that same 120 days. If I may ask is much evidence OK, cos I say some say don't send much and if u don't send they will revoke u. @ Geowrian how long it normally takes for ur USCIS to get back to us after responding to noir thanks.Took us a year and 6 MOnths  to get our noir. And the other  question are, during the second how willit go like willthe question b more tougher than the first? And after seoncd interview I heard every one will b kept in AP so how long does one has to b in AP? Thanks so much. U contribution WIL b much appreciated. God bless u
