receipt notice expected delivery

i called uscis customer service and i was told that my receipt notice for i751 petition was sent on 12-31-18 but until today i have not received it so my question is that how long does normally it takes to receive my receipt notice my field office is texas service centre i understand uscis ask us to wait atleast 30 days to get notice if you dont get it then contact us back

it has only been a week today, and with the holiday it will likely take till at least the end of the week to get.

8003755283 i picked option of not having receipt number and once reached customer service they asked me about my date of birth,address,full name once i gave these details i said i have not received my receipt notice and they said we sent your receipt on 12-31-2018. i sent e request for non delivery for receipt notice on 12-27-18 and today on 01-07-19 and told by uscis customer Representative that my receipt notice was sent on 12-31-18 but until today i have not received receipt notice
