How to eFile an EAD application

Hi All,

 

When looking at the processing times for the EAD the times are significantly shorter if you submit via "efile" does anyone have any information on how to efile the EAD?

is this first time EAD, or a renewal?

I don't think you can efile, and if you file for EAD alone, there is a fee, if you file for EAD with AOS there is no cost.

 

based on what are you attempting to get EAD for is adjusting from a K1 status?

 

from what I found they stopped allowing Efile of EAD back in 2015
