Ciudad Juarez Consulate Scheduling

My in laws have finally had their priority date current as of December 19, 2018, after a 23 year something wait, F3 category, and i was wanting to know if there are any tips or tricks to scheduling an appointment for Ciudad Juarez. The have filled out the ds260 and are ready to schedule an appointment, but every time we log in to check and see if there are any appointments, it says that there are not any available. So just want to know if there are any days better to check or any tips to try and schedule the appointment.

Our priority date was may 3 2018 just got interview date set end of Nov we go in January....we have 4 other friends that all also had a 6 to 9 month wait for a date.....you dont schedule it they set date for you when avail
