Hi Guys,

My cousin has to file I-751 in a few months.  Can she include her minor son in her paperwork, even though his green card doesn't expire until Dec 2019?

Thanks!

Seems like they have to file 2 separate I-751 petitions (according to the  timeline given) - a parent, your cousin,   at her time, in a few months, and a child  - when his 90 day window opens, which should be Aug-Sept of 2019...????.

Her son has still to be listed in Part 5 of I-751 though, but the answer to the quest.5 of this Part (Is this child applying with you) will be "No.

"If you have dependent children who acquired conditional resident status on the same day as you or within 90 days thereafter, then include the names and Alien Registration Numbers (A-Numbers) of these children in Part 5. of Form I-751 in order to request that the conditions on their status be removed as well. If you have dependent children who DID NOT acquire conditional resident status on the same day as you or within 90 days thereafter, or if the conditional resident parent is deceased, then those dependent children must each file Form I-751 separately to have the conditions on their status removed."
