Hey Guys,

 

i Just received my NOA 1 for ROC I 751. In my text and email notification and also on my actual letter it says that the fee was waived. I double checked my bank account and DHS cashed the check. Is that just an error in their system? I mean, I am willing to pay the fee, dont get me wrong but (also never applied for an I-912 to get the fees waived). Just wondering if anyone else has experienced that?

If you never sent an I-912 then it wasn't waived (no reason for it to be).
