Does the date in CEAC update when you call or email USEM

We have sent emails and have called the USEM call center. Sometimes the date in CEAC updates and sometimes not.

I am sure that is true for all embassy, not sure if you searching for an answer on something.

I am asking if the ceac date updates if you call or email the embassy because there are times when we have sent them an email or called them and the date does not change.  Thanks!

not always, I sent plenty of emails and phone calls while my husbands case was in AP and only updated a few times.

Oh ok. I just want to be hopeful that the update on the date means something. 😊
