Hi!!!!!!

I know we have to fill out the form G-325A (4 sheets for USC and 4 sheets for alien fiancé(e)).

But I have a doubt: who is the applicant?

My fiancé is the USC and I am the alien fiancée.

When we fill out G-325A for me, should I put my name in the box outlined by heavy border below? Or for all sheets (mine and of my fiancé) we should put his name?

Please :help: !!!!

Both you and your fiance are the applicants (as far as this form is concerned), and both of you need to complete your own G-325A form in quadruplicate with original signatures.

Another brazilian, welcome!!!

Well, each of you will fill out a G-325 form, all 4 pages. So for one you´ll write all the info concerning you, and on the other your fiance will write it all about him.

When asked, you´re always the benefiary, and your fiance is the applicant. ´Cus he´s the one requiring the visa to take you to America.

If you have Orkut join the K1- fiancee Visa community for more help about getting the visa between brazilians and americans only. :)

Just to clarify. The USC is the petitioner and is filing a petition for an alien who is the beneficiary. The USC petitioner is not requiring the visa, but is seeking approval on the petition in order for the beneficiary to apply for a visa.

With the G-325A both the petitioner and the beneficiary are each the applicant for their respective G-325A.
