Newbie question. US Citizen N400 question

Good afternoon. Noob here. I am going to mail the N400 form to USCIS. To make sure I send it correctly, do i need two passport photos for my wife and since I am in Calfornia, what is the correct USCIS address to mail the form and requirements?

Since you already filled the paper form with all information.  It might be easy for you to file online now.  Online filing is easy.  Please consider it.
