Hi!

I just received the official NOA1 in the mail, however my fiancée middle name is not listed on the paper. I got a copy of my original petition and her middle name is listed on the application... You guys think that I have to call USCIS for a correction? In the notice they did add at least my initial from my middle name. I don't want this to create a delay. I work in the Federal Government (SSA) and things like this can delay or create a discrepancy when a person is applying for anything, this process is a joint agency effort and all the information to the best of my knowledge has to match.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

We received our NOA1 in the mail last week. It follows the same format as the one you have...USC addressee has a middle initial shown, petitioner's name does not show a middle initial.

Based on that, my opinion is that you don't have anything to worry about.

Out of curiosity, did you ever get electronic notification of your I-129F petition being accepted by the USCIS? Our electronic notification never came.

I think what you meant was "beneficiary"... And to your question "YES" I got a text message on 12/06/2018 with the receipt number, the same day they charge my credit card as well, however my received day is 11/30/2018. Best of luck to you on this journey.
