Hello everyone, I read on the uscis online that my case was sent to department of state  for visa processing stating as follows:

Case Was Sent To The Department of State

On November 27, 2018, we sent your case, Receipt Number number # to the Department of State for visa processing.You can find general information on Consular Processing by visiting our website at www.uscis.gov .The website will provide information on what to do next, who to contact, and how to inform us of any changes in your situation or address. 

pls I need to know what are the possibilities since I had an interview 18 months ago  and they asked me for several documents but I couldn't submit them all that's why they sent me 6 months ago that my case is expiring soon so I lost hope then I read now that my case was sent to department of state for visa processing . It's been 20 days and Idk what visa processing means. Thanks
