NVC to CC

I've uploaded all my docs on Nov 19, since then I one document rejected on Nov, and I uploaded the correct way like they wanted. Now they rejected another document because it wasn't facing text up. I don't understand why aren't they looking at my all documents to see whats wrong and just tell it to me once rather then give me info every 2 weeks, this added up a month to get my CC. When they say accepted next to docs does that means they reviewed it and it counts towards CC? or it just means its ready for review, let me know if anyone has knowledge, Im trying to figure out how long does it take them if I only have couple documents that needs to be accepted online for NVC to get CC.

going through the same thing - uploaded two wrong documents (a w2 instead of transcript, and wrong version of birth cert) - got notice of both in the same day - upload correct version of birth cert and two weeks later got a notice that it still isnt the right one (though it is so going to try and call tonight) and a new message that we need a police certificate - which hadnt been requested before because its a minor?   I think it just takes patience
