So, quick question. I was approved on I751 and N400 at same time. I am waiting on the oath letter, and USCIS sent me my new card for the I751. The website shows card was delivered, the USPS site show card was delivered with the tracking number, but i never received the card.

I called USPS and they said that it was delivered and nothing they can do. How should I proceed with this? Ask for a new one?

Try track it down for peace of mind..but you said your n4oo was approved ( many congrats ) at the same time so wait a little while to get oath letter before thinking about paying anything for replacement card. And if its not your fault i think you shouldn't have to pay ..
