This might be a very silly question but did you guys write your A# on each page of your evidence(bank statements, CC copy page, photos) that you submitted as part of your evidence?  I wrote it on my cover letter pages, but doing a header on that was easy that carried over for each page. Not so easy when you're copying everything and have to write it out by hand on each individual bank statement page spanning 2 years.
