Hongkong Police Clearance

Hello guys I need some advice I went to my interview at the US Embassy Manila and everything is went well until the Console asked me if I have my Hongkong Police Clearance with me and I don't have it. But while submitting our online documents to NVC I asked the NVC about my Hongkong Police Clearance how I can obtaine it NVC answered me I don't need to get it becauase the Embassy will request it from Hongkong and now they cannot give me a visa because of my missing documents. Anyone know how to get a Hongkong Police Clearance or a site where i can apply online. I really need a help about this matter badly..

I did not mind to process my HK Police Clearance because of what NVC told me but I'm so disappointed after the console asked me If I have my HK Police Clearance.

You have to get your finger print first in camp crame manila to be able to request your police certificate in Hongkong.Together with your hongkong id copy,pasport copy,NVC letter and Manila case number on it. And the hongkong form you can GOOGLE it Hongkong CERTIFICATE OF NO CRIMINAL CONVICTION(CNCC) DOWNLOADABLE form.. Your Authorization letter to the person who process and bring your request to Hongkong police headquarter and she also pay for the amount of hkd225 can use octupos card for the payment because its really hard to get bank draft. Dont forget your reciept from land bank in camp crame when you sent your request..thanks hopes it helps
