Tax returns onN400

Hello 

When we apply for N 400 online based on marraige do they ask us to submit the tax returns alone  like a major requirment or under more evidence ?

Im just worried bcs im going to sumbit only 2 years as my 2018 return wont be ready yet when my window opens and the uscis are not required to issue RFE s any more they can just deny the application if something is missing

Tax transcripts are not required evidence when filing the N400 according to the instructions and are only asked for at the interview stage, so personally, I wouldn’t worry about them until then.  When my wife filed by mail, we only included the minimum required evidence.  She did bring all the other interview information with her at that time, but I don’t believe the IO ever asked to see any of it.
