On section 38a to 38h ,Just wondering if its necessary to fill up that one, because its says there "if youre fiance is currently in the u.s. before filing the k1 visa"?

But in the uscis.gov website their intruction there is stating "provide the date of your beneficiarys most recent entry in the U.S."

What do u think guys its really confusing. Hope you can yelp me with this.

Thanks.

We skipped that and sent everything off and THEN read the instructions saying that you should fill it out, yes I know we were a bit dumb :D But it got approved anyway, no RFE's or anything. Maybe fill it out just in case though.
