Are 60 day old photos okay for AOS?

Hello good folks!

 

I've been dragging my heels on submitting my husband's AOS package. We're getting closer to completing it and hope it send it in within the next week or two. We had passport photos taken in early October for the AOS package. I got 6 of him and 2 of me (Pretty sure that's how many we need). What's the policy on how recent the photos must be? I swore I had read it had to be the last 60 days but I of course can't find that now 🙄. If we sent the package in early December the photos would be around 60 days old. Neither of us look any different now but I'm not sure if we should go get new photos done just to be safe?

actually im not really sure about it.. but i send my aos packet october with passport photos which i got last july..i use that passport photos for my ds160 and i use it again for aos and they didn't deny my aos packet😅
