US citizen wife living outside US with husband Spouse Visa Process

Hi 
My wife is US citizen and she is living with me in my country. I want to know how should we start our spouse visa process?

What country? You may or may not be able to do DCF (a few months vs ~12-16 months).

What country is it? If its not on the list on this link she will need to send Form I-130 to the Chicago Lockbox. Here is a guide: https://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2 She will either have to submit evidence of her intent to re-establish US domicile for the I-864 OR find a joint financial sponsor.

Afghanistan is not on the list. Follow the info in my post above. But disregard info about I-485, I-765, and I-131; that does not apply to you.
