More than 4 months passed already since my interview which was conducted on July 13.

No oath ceremony notice so far.

Called the USCIS tons of times.

Did a service request and told to wait for another 60 days.

Couldn't do an infopass due to the unavailability of appointments.

Anyone here has ever filed n400 in D.C? Or at least experienced this much of a long wait?

Northen Virginia address

did you request a legal name change? Some people who did so reported delay in their oath scheduling because their oath had to be taken in court instead of the field office

No I did not. Nothing of that sort actually. My interview went smoothly and I was recommended for approval, yet no oath ceremony notice so far. I wonder if they experience a backlog. I am getting anxious because more than 120 days passed already and no response, which is concerning.

Sorry, I meant the same place on prosperity Ave.

did anything go wrong with your application? Were there more changes to your application after you have applied for n400? Such as martial status change or travel?
